Cooksshop.com.au and Fraser and Hughes Pty Limited abides by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010

If you simply choose the wrong size please either complete the below steps or contact Fraser and Hughes direct on (02) 9360 4760 or at sales@cooksshop.com.au.

We are not obliged to provide a refund, credit or exchange if a consumer has:

• changed their mind, decided they no longer want the goods or just don’t like them, or found that goods are the wrong size or colour

• found they can buy the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price

• examined goods before buying them and should have seen any fault at that time

• had a defect drawn to their attention before they purchased goods, for example, when goods are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty.

 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

• are faulty

• have been wrongly described

• are different from a sample shown to you, or

• do not do what they are supposed to.

 

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

We do not exchange or refund on Text Books or Books unless agreed faulty.

If a refund or exchange is required please pack up all goods into the(if possible) original packaging and send back to

Please include a copy of this form and a copy of your original invoice. (download form here) Please allow up to 14 business days for your claim to be processed. We do try our very best to have these processed asap.

 

 

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours. 

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery from dispatch.

Please allow for 1-3 business days for express post delivery from dispatch

Please allow upto 30days for international postfrom dispatch.

For store pick up order please allowed 72 hours for the order to be delivered to the desired store front.

 

All orders are shipped as complete orders, if we are out of stock of an order item the customer will be contacted and an alternative product, or a part order may be shipped. There is no blanket policy on this as we try to help every situation individually.

Fraser and Hughes takes no responsibility for lost parcels or mis delivered parcels due to customer information.

Australian Mainland Express Shipping $25.00

International Shipping $45.00*

*depending on the size of the order and the country shipping cost may increase. Customers will be contacted if shipping costs are higher then expected.

 

All parcels will be shipped by Australia Post or a private carrier. A signature may be required.
